Dolphin Encounter and Water Park
Have the experience of a lifetime as you and your companions interact with dolphins in a sensational and safe environment in small groups of up to 20 guests.
Your professional instructor will teach you about dolphins, their environment, and their behavior. You will also learn several training techniques during this approximately 20-minute orientation session. Then, you'll be ready to stand on a platform in the water and play with the dolphins! This includes petting and kissing the dolphins, an experience you and the family will never forget! The total experience time including the orientation is 45 minutes. A professional photographer will be on hand taking pictures. Photos are available for an additional fee.
After the Dolphin Encounter, enjoy the outstanding water park where the Dolphin Encounter is located, including water slides, a lazy river, a dolphin show, and a sea lion show.
The cost of the dolphin encounter includes admission to the water park, ensuring a fun-filled, action-packed day. You may observe someone participating in a dolphin program by paying the admission fee into the park.
Please Note: The tour duration is for the dolphin interaction only. It does not include time at the water park, as this is on your own, or the time required to transfer to and from the park.

Bradford J. Miller
Mr. Miller is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer for Abercrombie & Kent, the World's leading luxury travel company. In that role, Mr. Miller was responsible for contributing to Abercrombie & Kent's international growth through the development and acquisition of tour products and travel experiences around the world with a specific focus on cruising and land based experiences. Prior to joining Abercrombie & Kent, Mr. Miller held a variety of executive positions with Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises for more than a decade. These positions included Vice President of Guest Sales & Service, Vice President of Brand Development, and Vice President of Onboard Revenue (which included shore excursions). Mr. Miller also led Celebrity Expeditions, a collection of outstanding and unique tours around the World.
Michael Bonner
Mr. Bonner has over a decade of experience working in the cruise industry in a variety of roles for both Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. and Viking River Cruises. Most recently, Mr. Bonner was the Chief Operating Officer for The Scholar Ship, a Royal Caribbean program aimed at providing college students onboard educational programs in conjunction with enriching shore excursions around the world. Mr. Bonner also helped co-manage Viking River Cruises U.S. Operations, and he ran the corporate, strategic, and deployment planning functions at Royal Caribbean. While at Royal Caribbean, Mr. Bonner was responsible for forming Royal Celebrity Tours, Royal Caribbean's land-based tour operation in Alaska, which takes cruise passengers on multiple day tours through the interior of Alaska either before or after their cruises. Prior to working at Royal Caribbean, Mr. Bonner was a consultant for Booz Allen & Hamilton.

Special Instructions
We recommend wearing a swimsuit under comfortable clothing and shoes. A towel, sunglasses, and biodegradable sunscreen (for after the dolphin portion) is recommended. Sunblock, jewelry, watches, rings, bracelets, or any object which might scratch the dolphin is not permitted in the water with the dolphins.
Restrictions
Children ages 1 to 7 years old OR shorter than 4 feet tall must be accompanied by one participating adult (18 years or older) per child. Children ages 8 years old or older OR taller than 3 feet 11 inches can participate on their own (without at least 1 adult per child). Pregnant women may not participate in this tour for safety reasons. You do not need to be a swimmer to participate in this program. All participants are required to wear a life jacket. Sunblock, jewelry, watches, rings, bracelets, or any object which might scratch the dolphin is not permitted in the water with the dolphins. The instructors have the final say on what can and cannot be worn in the water with the dolphins. For security reasons, personal cameras are not allowed in the water, nor in the program area. A professional photographer will be on hand to take pictures, which will be available for purchase.
